As soon as you have successfully completed the <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"107\">Self-Check-in<\/b>, you will receive your individual access codes for your apartment.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Code Delivery:<\/b> Your code will be displayed directly on the screen of the check-in tablet and will also be sent to you via email.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Recommendation:<\/b> We recommend completing the check-in by <b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"56\">5:30 PM<\/b> at the latest, so our support team can assist you personally or by phone if needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Important Note:<\/b> If you are arriving after 6:00 PM, please ensure you have already received your access code. <b data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"109\">For arrivals after 6:00 PM without a valid code, we cannot guarantee access to the apartment.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"5\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\">Exception: Apartments with Physical Keys<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">If you have booked one of our few apartments with a traditional key, a corresponding notification will appear on the screen after the digital check-in.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Key Collection:<\/b> You can collect your key at our Service Point in the welcome area (Steinweg 45).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Collection Times:<\/b> The office is staffed daily from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (except Saturdays).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Late Arrival:<\/b> If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please be sure to contact us in advance to receive a code for our <strong>key safe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"9\" \/>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Digital Check-in Link:<\/b> You will automatically receive your personal link for the digital check-in via <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"102\">email at 2:00 PM<\/b> on the day of your arrival.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Alternatively, you can start the process directly here.
