Good to know: Our charming main building at Steinweg 45 is a historic building and does not have an elevator.

Extra baby cot

We are happy to provide a travel cot for your baby. To ensure our youngest guests feel right at home, we provide cheerful baby bedding, cozy pillows, and soft blankets.

Cost: €10 one-time fee per stay.
Service: The cot will be placed in your apartment prior to arrival upon request.
Booking: Please book the baby cot directly during your reservation via our website. Alternatively, you can contact our support team in advance by email or phone.

High baby chair

Safe and comfortable: Making sure our youngest guests can join in at the table. We are happy to provide a high chair to ensure relaxed family meals in your apartment.

Service: The high chair will be placed in your apartment upon request.
Cost: €5 one-time fee per stay.
Booking: Ideally, book this service directly during your online reservation or contact our support team in advance by email or phone.

Wi-Fi & Sat-TV

Always up-to-date: Enjoy premium entertainment and full connectivity.

In our apartments, you don’t have to compromise. Whether for working from home or relaxing with your favorite stream – free high-speed Wi-Fi is a standard feature in every room. For your entertainment, we also provide high-definition LED TVs with digital satellite reception and integrated radio.

Breakfast in the Elisabeth café

Treat yourself without even having to leave the building:

Our partner, Café “Elisabeth”, welcomes you directly on the ground floor of our main building (Steinweg 45). Enjoy a lovingly prepared breakfast in a cozy atmosphere.

Breakfast Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Garage for your bicycle

We offer a free, lockable garage for your bicycles at Sauersgäßchen 1. Inside the garage, you can securely lock your bike to fixed fixtures. Please request the access code for the garage in advance by emailing us at stay@elisabeth-apartments.de.

Parking in the City Center

Arrive Stress-Free

Finding a parking spot in the center of Marburg can be a challenge – but we have the perfect solution for you. Reserve one of our garage/parking spaces near the apartments and enjoy a relaxed arrival without the search.

Cost: €15 per night.
Important Note: As the number of parking spaces is very limited, we highly recommend booking in advance.

Cleanliness & Well-being

Tailored Freshness Service

We want you to feel completely at home in your apartment. That’s why everything is taken care of: upon arrival, a complimentary initial set of fresh bed linen and fluffy towels awaits you. Final cleaning is also already included in the booking price for stays of up to 29 nights.

Additional Services for Extra Comfort:

Extra Cleaning: Would you like an intermediate cleaning of your apartment? Our support team will be happy to arrange this for you.
Linen Upgrade: Fresh towels or a complete change of bed linen can be booked at any time for an additional fee.
Long-term Guests: For stays of 30 nights or more, a mandatory monthly intermediate cleaning and a final cleaning will apply (subject to a fee).

Booking: Please contact us in advance by email or phone to schedule an appointment for your cleaning service.

Extra bed linen and towels

Initial towels and bed linen are always included in your stay. Upon request, we are happy to provide additional sets for a small fee:

Additional Towel Set: 5 € (1 large & 1 small towel)
Additional Bed Linen Set: 5 € (1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover & 1 bed sheet)

Extra cleaning

Flexible Cleaning Service for Your Comfort

Enjoy a fresh feeling in your home away from home at all times. While the final cleaning for stays up to 29 nights is already included in the price, we offer additional cleaning options for your convenience.

Intermediate Cleaning (during your stay):

Upon request, we provide intermediate cleaning including a fresh set of towels and bed linen.
Cost: Between €30 and €50, depending on the room category.

Long-term Stays (30 nights or more):

For long-term stays, the final cleaning is not included in the base price.
Option A: Book our professional cleaning service for a one-time fee (from €250, upon request).
Option B: The final cleaning is performed or organized by the guest.

Booking: Simply order your cleaning service via our digital guest system, by email, or by calling our support team.

Voucher

Give the Gift of a Getaway in Marburg!

Looking for the perfect gift? Surprise your loved ones with a stay in the fairytale setting of Marburg. Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can easily be ordered via email at stay@elisabeth-apartments.de.

How to Redeem:
To redeem your voucher, please contact us directly by email. Please note that vouchers can only be applied to direct bookings made through our team. For technical reasons, vouchers cannot be redeemed for bookings made via third-party providers (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
