Self check-in & arrival
From 3 p.m. onwards, take advantage of our flexible self-check-in service – conveniently via your mobile device or directly on site at our terminal in the main building.
Arrival & Access to Your Apartment
At Elisabeth Apartments, access is almost entirely digital. As soon as you have successfully completed the Self-Check-in, you will receive your individual access codes for your apartment.

Code Delivery: Your code will be displayed directly on the screen of the check-in tablet and will also be sent to you via email.

Recommendation: We recommend completing the check-in by 5:30 PM at the latest, so our support team can assist you personally or by phone if needed.

Important Note: If you are arriving after 6:00 PM, please ensure you have already received your access code. For arrivals after 6:00 PM without a valid code, we cannot guarantee access to the apartment.
Exception: Apartments with Physical Keys
If you have booked one of our few apartments with a traditional key, a corresponding notification will appear on the screen after the digital check-in.

Key Collection: You can collect your key at our Service Point in the welcome area (Steinweg 45).

Collection Times: The office is staffed daily from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (except Saturdays).

Late Arrival: If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please be sure to contact us in advance to receive a code for our key safe.
Digital Check-in Link: You will automatically receive your personal link for the digital check-in via email at 2:00 PM on the day of your arrival.
